What is your turn-around time?
If you have your own printer, we can send you the surgical guide (STL) file within 1 to 2 business days from the date of approval.
If not, then we will send you the printed guide within 3 to 5 business days from the date of approval.
We recommend checking the treatment plan video on the next day of uploading the scans to make any adjustments or have it approved, then we can send you the guide in time.
What is the production workflow you use?
With our highly experienced support team, we can assist you with everything starting from uploading the scans to getting the feedback of the surgery.
Once we upload the patient's scans (CBCT + STL), our in-house dentists upload these scans to the software, then we will send you a treatment plan video for implants placement which you can make adjustments to or if it's good, have it approved. Then we will design the guide, have it fabricated and send it to your office.
How can I guarantee the results of your surgical guides?
We guarantee 99.7% accuracy on all of our surgical guides which leaves 0.3% for occasional minimal discrepancies and in that case we have to make sure the doctor knows all about them before he approves the treatment plan then we move to guide design.
